My ST-1501 arrived in excellent condition. The wooden packaging was very secure, and after installation, the machine felt solid and ran smoothly.

Having 15 needles makes multi-color designs much more convenient. The stitches have been clean and consistent so far, and the available embroidery area was one of the reasons I chose this machine while comparing different options.

I've also been pleased with the after-sales service. Peter has been responsive, patient, and helpful whenever I've had a question. Overall, both the machine and the support have left a good impression.

I’ve been wanting to upgrade my embroidery setup, and after lots of research, comparing with different company's machines, I finally ordered the SEWTECH 1201 online. Big thanks to Claire and David for their helpful reviews, which initially pointed me in this direction!

The setup experience has been incredibly smooth. Their official installation video is remarkably detailed, allowing me to assemble everything perfectly. The Dahao 15 Pro operating system is also very user-friendly. The machine works like a workhorse. 💪

What impressed me most is the SEWTECH team. Even though I didn’t have many questions because everything was so seamless, their team proactively reached out to check if I needed any assistance before I even had to ask. Having them standing by at all times made me feel like I had a strong technical team backing me up, which gives great peace of mind.

As for the machine itself, I absolutely adore the 2-in-1 needle plate system. Not having to swap out the needle plate for cap embroidery is a total game-changer. It reminds me of the convenience on my Tajima TMBP2-SC, which is a high-end feature I've always appreciated.⭐🦾

Next, I’m planning to try 3D foam cap embroidery on it. Overall, based on both the machine's performance and the quality of their proactive service, I feel this was a very solid and worthwhile investment. A big like! 👍✨

I gotta say, the ST-1501 runs super smooth and consistent. It handles dense designs and high stitch counts really well, and I've been getting pro-level results even on thicker stuff like hoodies and jackets.

Putting it together was honestly pretty easy thanks to the step-by-step setup video. You might need a buddy for a couple of steps, but overall it wasn't a big deal at all.

I'm also really loving the huge embroidery field. It gives me so much room to work with, and I've been making all kinds of projects, from appliqué on kitchen towels to big lettering on sweatshirts. The machine stays rock-solid during long runs, the tracing is spot-on, and it just feels strong and built to last.

The support has been another thing I really appreciate. They have helpful videos and a Facebook group that make it easier to learn the machine, especially when you're getting familiar with setup, threading, or small troubleshooting questions.

What really stood out to me, though, was the after-sales support. Whenever I didn't understand something or needed help, I could reach out to them and they got back to me quickly during my working hours. That made a big difference and gave me a lot more confidence using the machine.
