I just received my machine and have been putting it through its paces. I absolutely love it. This will make my third machine in my studio and it is the best one. This machine allows me to do the very smallest embroidery with the small tubular arm being smaller than the other machines. Before my machine even arrived, I had the necessary videos sent to me and my support person was already assigned. My studio is in the lower level and my husband and son were able to move it without having to pay a mover, making that a nice savings. Since I let my husband do the building and such while I work, I can say he was so happy with the wonderful step by step instructions for this machine. It was easy to put it all together. The tension system works so much better than the other machines I have. Right out of the box, the tension was perfect and my first project turned out perfectly. When you get "older eyes" that big screen makes a huge difference. I can easily see to operate the machine. It is very user friendly and with the instruction video you know what each and every button is so it is very easy to operate the first time. I find this machine to be quite quiet as well. At rest, you don't even hear it. If you are doing hats, this machine has the space needed. The spacing between the needles and the back edge is amazing. No more catching the brim on the back side of the needle bar area. The ease of the thredding system makes it faster so you spend less time rethreading for any color changes which results in time savings and more profit. If you are considering a multi needle machine you cannot go wrong with this machine. Whether business or home use, you won't be disappointed.

My ST-1501 arrived in excellent condition. The wooden packaging was very secure, and after installation, the machine felt solid and ran smoothly.

I gotta say, the ST-1501 runs super smooth and consistent. It handles dense designs and high stitch counts really well, and I've been getting pro-level results even on thicker stuff like hoodies and jackets.

Putting it together was honestly pretty easy thanks to the step-by-step setup video. You might need a buddy for a couple of steps, but overall it wasn't a big deal at all.

I'm also really loving the huge embroidery field. It gives me so much room to work with, and I've been making all kinds of projects, from appliqué on kitchen towels to big lettering on sweatshirts. It is a awesome machine, running sweet. The people behind the product are outstanding. I have had plenty of help! Sewtech videos on YouTube are great and to the point. You buy this machine you must do complete maintenance, and subscribe to Sewtech TV. Remember machine will not keep running without oiling. A couldn't be happier with this machine.
