I received my embroidery machine in August, and I was very excited — but also a little nervous, as the brand was completely new to me.

Already with the very first stitches, I could see that this machine delivers excellent embroidery quality. I have been using it quite a lot over the past few weeks, and I am extremely happy with both the machine and the results.

The included accessory package is also really good, and I especially appreciate that it includes a cap embroidery set. It has everything I need to get started with different types of embroidery projects.

Another big plus is the excellent customer service. Whenever I have questions or run into a challenge, I receive quick and helpful guidance. They are very patient and make sure I understand what to do.

Honestly, I was nervous about ordering, especially about shipping and getting support.The machine arrived in four days and was in perfect condition. The team has checked in and offered help without me having to chase anyone.I'm completely new to embroidery, so I'm still learning, but I haven't had any major issues. The videos and Facebook groups have been a big help.

I mainly embroider polo shirts, tote bags, and small runs of hats. My old single-needle machine worked fine for simple names, but a logo with several colors kept me standing next to it changing thread. That was the main reason I wanted a multi-needle machine.

Flat items were pretty straightforward after a few test pieces. Hats took more practice. I didn't pull the first one tight enough in the cap frame, so the design shifted slightly near the seam. Slowing the machine down and rehooping the hat made a noticeable difference. I like using the laser to check placement before starting, and the automatic trimming cuts down on cleanup. I'm still testing settings for small lettering, but overall it fits the kind of work I do.
