Return & Refund Policy

All products sold automatically come with a free warranty service (6 months to 1 year; see product page for details).

During the warranty period, items with non-man-made damage are eligible for replacement.

If any quality issues are found within 30 days of receipt, you may contact customer service for a replacement. If there is no quality issue, you may still request a return; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any import duties.

Regardless of the original shipping warehouse, all returns must be sent to our warehouse in Shanghai, China.
