Shipping Overview
SEWTECH Store ship worldwide. Shipping times shown on this page are estimates and not guaranteed. The final shipping option, cost, and time displayed at checkout reflects your destination and the service selected.
- Warehouses by destination: US orders ship from our US warehouse; EU orders ship from our Germany warehouse; all other countries ship from our China warehouse.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (weekends/holidays excluded).
- Tracking: All shipments include tracking. Once shipped, we will send email to inform you, and tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear on your order page.
Where Your Order Ships From
We dispatch orders based on the delivery country/region:
- US Warehouse → United States (US only)
- Germany Warehouse → European Union (EU countries)
- China Warehouse → All other countries/regions
We always try to ship from the closest warehouse for faster delivery. If an item is out of stock locally, we may ship from another warehouse or split the shipment and will inform you.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times vary by product type, destination, customs clearance, peak-season backlogs, etc. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers depending on destination and parcel size/weight (e.g., UPS/DHL/FedEx/USPS).
For destinations outside the US and EU, China-warehouse orders may ship by express courier or freight/sea shipping depending on package size, weight, and local service availability.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on destination and package size/weight.
Free shipping (if offered) is shown on the product page and at checkout. If checkout does not show free shipping for your address, free shipping is not available for that order.
Tracking & Split Shipments
All shipments include tracking. If your order ships in multiple packages (e.g., different warehouses or separate cartons), you may receive multiple tracking numbers. We will email tracking details as each package is dispatched.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Prices on our website do not include import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees unless explicitly stated.
Import duties/VAT/customs fees may apply depending on local regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Large Items Delivery Notes
For embroidery machines or large equipment, a reachable phone number is required for delivery coordination. Freight delivery is usually curbside delivery. Liftgate, appointment delivery, or inside delivery may require an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.
Issues, Changes & Support
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items: Please contact service@sewtechstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, tracking number, and clear photos/video of the package and product. We will provide support according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Wrong address / failed delivery: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
Order changes/cancellations: Please contact us within 8 hours after placing the order. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
Delays beyond our control: Shipping delays may occur due to weather, service interruptions, peak season capacity limits, customs inspections, strikes, or other force majeure events. We will assist with tracking and updates.
